getting to a srilankan university is a really hard thing as they only get about 20000 a year and they only consider people with high z scores,
But when looking @ these rankings I personally feel like going to a forieng university might be good than waiting here in srilanka to get university admission ...!
But don't forget the most intelligent brains in srilanka lives in those universities...
